We worked together to create a plan that enhanced the character of my property, he came up w suggestions and listened thoughtfully to mine. I changed colors a couple of times on doors and the deck and they did so w a great attitude…even when the door was a “finished” product, it was absolutely not a problem to repaint it to something that I loved! The crew also painted the deck around the pool and my front gated entrance which I wouldn’t have thought of. My fished project combines painted and unpainted brick. My house was previously somewhat unattractive…but not now…I’m thrilled!If I could give this company 10 Stars, they would have them! Extremely professional, highly responsive and very talented at what they do! It’s worth it to hire the best! I’m a Realtor and will be suggesting this company to all of my Buyers and Sellers! Everything step of the process was fully communicated; appointments and job details were confirmed by text and emails. Their talented crew was on time, friendly and professional. They carefully masked areas to be protected and did a great exterior job for us in spite of the punishing Florida heat. From the first moment I contacted Premium, Tanner was responsive, returned calls, gave clear written estimates, showed up on time and completed the work early. My house looks amazing. The prep they did was the most notable since I have custom lanai screens which look invisible and not ONE drop of paint or overspray was present after the plastic came off. The job was prepped perfectly, the paint was as ordered and every question I had during the process was handled by Tanner immediately. Previously they painted the exterior of my home and did an excellent job. Mel, Dan Sr, Dan Jr and Kirby are an asset to the company. We were so pleased with the finished product inside that we decided to paint the outside of our home a few weeks later.Another superb job was done outside as well by Premium Painting. The crew’s attention to detail is impressive. Upon completion of each job we were given a tour of what was done to make sure we were pleased with the completed project.
